While we stock as many of our models as we can to expedite time to ship, our extensive catalog requires some items be made to order. This usually means we will ship them within 24-48 hours. Models are packed as securely as possible and shipped by your selected shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the delicate and made to order nature of our models returns and exchanges are only considered when a model arrives damaged through shipment.
We go to extensive lengths to show detailed renders and printed samples of our models so our customers know exactly what they are purchasing.
