Found deep under ground these blood kissed abominations stalk and torture their prey. This is a lesser of the overseer kin with tentacles that end in vicious mouths instead of eyestalks. Blood-Drainers came to being as physical manifestations of overseer's vivid dreams of mass blood loss.
